Immunovaccine Inc. of Halifax said Monday it has entered into an agreement with Cato Research Canada to help manage an upcoming Phase 1 clinical trial for a therapeutic vaccine for ovarian, breast and prostate cancer.
Immunovaccine is hoping to pay a portion of Cato’s service fees through the issuance of common shares.
The Halifax biotech company plans to give Cato about $117,000 worth of shares, but the deal is subject to the final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
